On approval of your endorsee account you can trade freely with us through the website automated ordering system
UK Orders over £100 are shipped free. Below this is there is a £6 handling and shipping charge. For overseas orders and Highlands and Islands please contact us to discuss
Once payment is made your order will be shipped before close of business on the next working day at the latest. We will however endevour to get it sent the same day you order
Delivery is by DPD standard delivery, you will receive shipping updates to your email address, these will be labelled as 'Hockey Factory Shop', who are our warehousing and shipping partners
Collection is available from The Hockey Warehouse, 5 Frog Island, Leicester, LE3 5AG, once payment is recieved, your good will be available the following day between 9 am and 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am and 12.30pm Saturdays
If you have any issues re products sold, just get in touch. If an item is faulty and not subject of misuse we will replace it or offer a refund for the faulty item
